An overall update on the status of our commercial building market. We are working on numerous steel buildings in Whatcom County for various commercial clients. The commercial land development and building construction has been a consistently strong market and we are optimistic it will continue to be.

Complete make over of a 30 year old industrial building on Pacific Highway north of Bellingham. Work involved extensive repair to the primary steel structure, new siding, new roofing, new insulation, a new floor level, and new electrical system. The project also involves a large scale land use redevelopment including 65 new parking stalls, and stormwater facilities. Construction is now complete.
