The paint is dry; Alpine Engineering is up and running in our new office space in Downtown Bellingham! Thank you Natural Systems Design for providing the wonderful shared environment!
Chuckanut Builders did an amazing job renovating the former Blackburn Office Equipment building. Our second-floor office space is bright and open. We enjoy working in the new space, and the views of the Bellingham waterfront are a nice bonus.
For now, most of our client work is being done remotely due to COVID-19, however, we can arrange meetings in the new space by appointment. State guidelines related to social distancing and masks will, of course, be in effect.

A new interpretive center located on top of Mount Constitution in Moran State Park, on Orcas Island. Construction recently started and we are thrilled to see the structure beginning to take shape.
Construction support services for a new six-story mixed use building at 418 W. Bakerview Road, Bellingham, Washington.
The permit is in for construction of new parking and stormwater facilities for an existing industrial property off Pacific Highway in Whatcom County. The project is considered to be redevelopment of an existing industrial property, which will become the new home of a local construction business. Alpine designed repairs to an existing warehouse, and we provided site planning, permitting services, stormwater engineering and parking design to accommodate 55 new parking stalls.
